ROLE This is an execution and support-oriented role.

The primary function is to ensure accurate and efficient execution of strategic directives within outsourced (BPO) teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. BPO Partner Operations Support Assist in preliminary BPO vendor screening, background checks, and onboarding tracking strictly according to internal manager instructions Draft documentation, coordinate legal reviews, and manage archiving within pre-approved contract and SLA frameworks Monitor BPO compliance execution daily/weekly and escalate risks, disputes, or anomalies Execute dispute resolution protocols only when explicitly authorized
