What we expect from you

Be a university student, in your last year, preferably in social communications, marketing, digital entertainment design, graphic design or anything related.
Ability to speak fluently and write clearly in English
Capacity to deliver highquality work with attention to detail
Willingness and ability to work in a dynamic environment, with frequent interactions, multitasking and tight deadlines
Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula,



and methodology
Intermediate proficiency in MS office, Articulate 360, Canva, Biteable and Play HT.
Ability to establish rapport, ask questions, listen, and redirect conversations
Ability to learn and grow with our organization
Good time management skills

NonExhaustive List of Tasks

Design and develop comprehensive training plans, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, and computer tutorials.
Support the training team with courses content creation.
Provide support to the whole area with different activities
Demonstrate behaviors reflecting our policies
