itsGLO is a residential cleaning company in Toronto. We clean a 500+ homes a month with a team of around 35 employees, and most of our clients are on a recurring schedule.

The role

You are the person our clients speak to, and the person our team of cleaners rely on:
- Answer every inbound call. Understand what the client needs, quote the job, and book it.
- Confirm each morning that our cleaners can get into the homes they're cleaning. Access problems are the most preventable failure in our day.
- Assign cleaners to jobs, resolve conflicts, and make sure every booking is covered before the day ends.
- Handle complaints and cancellations. Ask questions, establish the facts, commit to a turnaround, and follow through.

The work is steady and it is varied. Very little of it arrives on a schedule.

What we're looking for
- Excellent spoken English.
- Composure with difficult clients and ability to de-escalate
- Ownership.
Nobody will hand you a task list. You'll see what needs doing and do it. This role suits someone comfortable working without close supervision,



who doesn't let things sit.
- Commercial instinct.
An inbound call is a sale. We expect you to quote, ask for the booking, and close it.

Backgrounds that fit

Dispatch or service coordination at a home-services company (cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, moving, pest control). Team lead, escalations, or retention in a contact centre. Hotel front desk or property management coordination. Any role where you ran a schedule and looked after people at the same time.

This is an operations role, not an administrative one. General virtual-assistant experience — inbox, calendar, data entry, social media isn't what we need here.
