Core Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Proven agency-side SEO experience. Demonstrated ownership of SEO tools from strategy through execution, including audits, technical SEO, content strategy, implementation, reporting, and optimization. Able to clearly explain SEO strategy, tradeoffs, and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong technical SEO capabilities with the ability to implement recommendations independently, rather than relying heavily on developers or support resources. Active use of AI-forward SEO practices and tools in day-to-day SEO strategy and execution. Strong written and verbal English skills for professional internal communication.



Ability to independently manage a portfolio of SEO engagements with minimal oversight. Comfortable balancing both strategic and execution responsibilities. Additional context/role expectations: Experience with Local SEO is a plus but not required, as the role is focused on broader organic growth. This role is best suited for someone who genuinely enjoys SEO and driving client performance outcomes. Due to the nature of our lean two-person team structure, this position does not include a leadership track or formal management path. Seeking a long-term opportunity where they can grow and contribute over time, rather than a short-term stepping stone role. Team-oriented, collaborative, low-ego, and motivated by collective success over title or hierarchy. Reliable, able to work independently, takes ownership of deadlines, communicates clearly, and can manage priorities in a fast-moving remote agency environment.
