The Role

We're hiring our first dedicated Client Success Manager. This isn't a support role; it's a delivery role. You are the operational backbone of the client experience between coaching sessions. You own client momentum, run structured check-in calls, keep our CRM current, flag risks before they become problems, and serve as the first point of contact for clients on Slack.

You'll also have real input into how we build the client success function from scratch.





What You'll Do
- Run weekly or biweekly check-in calls with active clients: structured, accountable, results-focused
- Monitor each client's progress against their milestones: applications submitted, interviews booked, offers received
- Keep HubSpot updated daily — call notes, status, tasks, next touchpoints: so the founder has real-time visibility
- Respond to client questions via Slack within 4 hours during business hours
- Identify clients who are stalling or disengaging and surface them proactively: don't wait to be asked
- Deliver a weekly client health summary to the Head of Coaching every Monday
- Run onboarding and offboarding for each client

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in a client success, account management, or client-facing operations role: coaching, consulting, recruiting, or professional services preferred
- HubSpot experience: you use it as an operational tool, not just a contac
