What Makes You A Great Fit
We are looking for a Senior Accountant - Americas to join our growing Corporate Accounting team. You will be based in Medellin, Colombia.
This full-time position will lead a broad range of corporate finance responsibilities such as monthly close process,
preparation and reporting of local financial statements, ensuring legal entity compliance and facilitating preparation of tax returns, and reconciliation between local and internal books across certain entities in the Americas region. The candidate will establish and maintain partnership with local service providers representing the Accounting organization. You will report to our Assistant Global Controller.
This role will begin as fully remote. Once we open our office in Medellín, Colombia, the role will transition to a hybrid work model, with an expectation to work from the office on designated days.
How You'll Make An Impact:
Own end-to-end monthly close and general ledger integrity for the assigned Americas entities, ensuring on-time, accurate close cycles.
Own timely execution of vendor, employee, and statutory payments across assigned entities.
Prepare journal entries. Process, research and rec
