Duties / Task to perform
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts across multiple industries.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
Lead performance reviews, strategic planning sessions, and client presentations.
Manage day-to-day account communications and operational priorities.
Coordinate internal specialists to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
Monitor campaign performance across paid media, SEO, creative, web development, and digital marketing initiatives.




Identify risks early and collaborate with delivery teams to implement effective solutions.
Maintain accurate project documentation and account records using project management tools.
Develop strategic account growth plans and review business opportunities with clients regularly.
Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding client services to support long-term business growth.
Represent the organization professionally in every client interaction.
5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a digital marketing or performance marketing agency.
Proven experience managing multiple mid-to-large client accounts simultaneously.
Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Programmatic advertising (DV360), Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), SEO strategies.
Perform creative development and basic marketing automation.
Experience advising on web development and landing page optimization projects.
