Purpose

This role plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and compliant employee data management and delivering seamless onboarding experience. This customer service-focused position supports the full employee lifecycle and serves as a key liaison between candidates, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.



The role helps shape the candidate’s first impression of IDEMIA and ensures operational excellence across HR processes.

Key Missions

HR Operations
- Maintain accurate and complete employment records in the core HR system, including personal details, job history, compensation, benefits, performance, and leave data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations across all HR documentation and processes.
- Support payroll and employment-related activities such as hiring, terminations, contract renewals, and labor law compliance.
- Provide HR reporting and analytics to internal stakeholders and external agencies (e.g., headcount, turnover, absenteeism, compensation).
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate HR operations and payouts.
- Participate in internal and external HR audits.
- Maintain and update the Employee Handbook and HR policies on internal platf
