How You’ll Make an Impact
- Own the Inbound Pipeline:
Promptly answer 3–10 inbound inquiries per day across phone channels and Facebook (Messenger, comments, and inbox).
- Drive Conversions:
Make outbound calls to warm leads who have already filled out a contact form, moving them smoothly from lead-to-appointment status.
- Execute Strict Follow-Up Cadences:
Follow a structured follow-up system (call in the morning, call in the afternoon, send a text, and repeat) to ensure no lead is left behind.
- Master the Intake Process:




Utilize our structured intake script to gather project details, verify decision-makers, and book estimate appointments directly onto the owner's estimating calendar.
- Boost Brand Visibility:
Handle social media posting by sharing before-and-after project photos on Facebook and Google Business Profile to drive engagement and SEO.
- Pipeline & Admin Support:
Follow up on outstanding quotes (warm outreach only) and maintain clean CRM records, email management, and data entry.

Who We Are Looking For
- Clear & Confident Communicators:
