? Inside Sales Representative – Real Estate Leasing

? $1,500 base + commission | $3,000 OTE

You'll be taking real conversations with real people who are already interested — and closing them.

Prosperant is placing this role for a U.S.-based real estate operator managing 30+ properties across manufactured home communities, RV parks, self-storage facilities, and business centers — with a $100M portfolio and a lean, high-output team of under 20 people. Demand is steady. Leads are inbound. Your job is converting.

────────────────────────── The Role ──────────────────────────
- Handle inbound inquiries from individuals and businesses across the U.S.
- Run discovery conversations to qualify leads and understand what they need
- Match prospects with available spaces across the portfolio and move them through a multi-day pipeline
- Guide every deal from first contact to signed lease — you own the full conversion
- Log activity and manage your pipeline in the CRM (HubSpot or similar)




- Report directly to the General Manager and hit your monthly conversion targets — then beat them

────────────────────────── You're a Fit If You... ──────────────────────────

✔ Fluent English at C1 level or above — you'll be speaking with U.S. customers daily

✔ 2+ years in sales, leasing, or inbound closing

✔ Comfortable managing multi-day deals and following up without losing momentum

✔ Know how to handle objections without losing the relationship

✔ Experience with CRM tools — HubSpot or similar

✔ Comfortable owning a pipeline end-to-end

✔ Based in South America and available during U.S. Eastern business hours
