About the role





AllayPay is a Florida, USA-based payments company that's been in business since 2016. We are hiring one Senior Financial Operations Analyst to own the day-to-day finance operations of the business: month-end reconciliations, residual reporting, order tracking, and keeping our records clean and accurate across QuickBooks and Salesforce. This is a single-person role with real ownership, working US Eastern hours (9 AM to 6 PM ET) and reporting directly to the Director of Operations and the CEO.

What you will do
- Run our monthly close: download reports, transform and reconcile data with Power Query, run and update macros, and follow a detailed month-end checklist.
- Reconcile invoices, residual adjustments, and partner payments against agreed pricing, and investigate every discrepancy until it ties out.
