Key responsibilities include:
Requesting and retrieving medical documents and records, including follow-ups with medical offices and providers
Utilizing case management software and legal tools to support workers’ compensation matters
Maintaining organized and accurate healthcare documentation for legal cases
Supporting U.S.-based law firm workflows and adapting to firm-specific processes




Ensuring high reliability and attention to detail in all administrative tasks
Escalating issues promptly and collaborating with team members to resolve challenges
Minimum 1–2 years of prior legal assistant experience; workers’ compensation experience strongly preferred ( a must)
Hands-on experience with medical records retrieval and documentation tracking workflows.
Proficiency with case management software and legal documentation tools.
Some college coursework completed or equivalent professional certification in legal or healthcare administration preferred.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence.
Experience coordinating with medical offices, healthcare providers, and legal documentation systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple case files simultaneously with strong attention to detail and organization.
