About The Role
The Staff Accountant plays a key role in supporting the organization's financial operations by ensuring accurate reporting,



maintaining strong internal controls, and contributing to process improvements. This position partners closely with the Senior Finance Manager to manage day-to-day accounting functions, provide financial insights, and support strategic decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; degree obtained in Accounting/Finance preferred
- 2-5 years' experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance and related
- Experience using software tools such as ERP, CRM, online payment/banking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Knowledge of inventory management from an accounting perspective
- Expert level desktop computer skills
- Background or knowledge of sales tax requirements and processes
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to properly investigate and problem solve accounting/finance operational functions
