We are looking for an experienced
Product Owner
with a strong background in
Business Analysis
to join our team.

In this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between business strategy and technology, translating complex business needs into clear functional specifications and scalable digital solutions. You will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution—leading workshops, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving end-to-end project success.

? Key Responsibilities
- Business & Tech Alignment:
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and tech teams, translating multidisciplinary business challenges into viable technical solutions.
- Requirements & Specifications:
Analyze complex business issues and translate them into functional specifications, workflows, reports, and system interfaces focused on operational efficiency.
- Workshop Facilitation:
Lead discovery sessions, requirements-gathering workshops, and alignment meetings with key stakeholders.
- Delivery & Testing Support:
Collaborate on project roadmaps, help define test scenarios with end-users,



support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and ensure effective user training.
- Problem Solving & Maintenance:
Evaluate development requests to determine the most effective approach and respond promptly to production needs when required.

? Required Qualifications
- Experience:
8+ years of experience working as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst.
- Domain Knowledge:
Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with
CCM, Pre-Processor, and OpenText
(or similar enterprise content engines).
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Skills:
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and top-tier written/verbal communication skills.
- Tools:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (including Visio and MS Project).
- Practical experience in
Agile/Scrum
methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with
JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoi
