Norbelys is the cold email platform built to get the reply and keep your reputation. Cold email is a deeply technical space (deliverability, DNS, warmup, DMARC) — and our whole edge is making it feel honest and effortless. Our AI operator, Norbe, runs campaigns end to end. We're looking for a Product Designer to turn that complexity into an experience anyone can use.

What you'll do:
- Design the full product experience — campaigns, sequences, A/B variants, the unified reply inbox, honest-analytics dashboards, and the Norbe AI chat
- Turn hard technical domains (SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup, mailbox warmup, reputation health) into simple, guided flows
- Design onboarding that removes setup friction — the #1 place cold email tools lose users
- Build and maintain the design system, component library, and design tokens




- Design the "honest analytics" experience — clearly showing real human opens vs. filtered bots and scanners
- Craft the brand, marketing site, and landing pages
- Prototype, run usability reviews, and iterate from real customer feedback

What we're looking for:
- Strong portfolio of product/UI-UX design work, ideally for SaaS or web apps
- Fluency in Figma, design systems, and prototyping
- Ability to simplify complex, technical workflows
- Bonus: interest in email, sales tech, or developer tools

What we offer:
- Salary: COP 4,500,000–7,000,000/month
