About the Opportunity

Legal Staff Now is partnering with one of our
largest U.S. Personal Injury law firm clients
to hire an experienced
Bilingual Intake Specialist
.

As the first point of contact for potential clients, you'll make a meaningful impact by providing compassionate support, evaluating new cases, scheduling consultations, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls from prospective clients.
- Conduct Personal Injury intake interviews.
- Gather and document case information.
- Schedule attorney consultations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.




- Deliver outstanding customer service.

What We're Looking For

✔️ At least
1 year of Intake Specialist experience
with a U.S. law firm.

✔️
Personal Injury intake experience is required.

✔️ Fluent English and Spanish.

✔️ Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

✔️ Experience with legal CRMs (Clio, Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, MyCase, etc.) is a plus.
