The Role

We’re seeking an Operations Specialist to help run the day-to-day engine that keeps our communities moving. You’ll be the execution layer between community managers, vendors, boards, and residents—owning tickets/work orders from intake through resolution, coordinating field ops, tracking SLAs, and ensuring updates and documentation are accurate and on time. You’ll report to an Operations Associate, who owns the broader operating cadence and process design. What You’ll Do
- Own work from intake to resolution
- Triage new requests, validate details,

- Keep workflows moving by following SOPs, nudging owners, and escalating blockers early.
- Schedule services, confirm scopes, and ensure the right people show up with the right context.
- Keep systems and data clean
- Maintain accurate ticket statuses, notes, photos, vendor invoices/receipts (as applicable), and resident/board updates in our tools.
- Produce reliable “what’s done / what’s at risk / what’s next” views for your Ops Associate and Community Managers.
- Drive proactive communication
- Provide concise stakeholder updates (resident, board, vendor, internal) with next steps, timelines, and ownership.
- Use templates and decision-ready summaries so issues don’t stall in ambiguity.
- Support SLA tracking and issue escalation
- Monitor open items and SLA timers daily; surface risks before they become misses.
- Run lightweight root-caus
