you will help transform how web3 customers discover, onboard, and adopt products by building scalable automation, self-service experiences, and intelligent workflows. This role exists to reduce operational complexity, accelerate customer onboarding, and improve the efficiency of growth-related processes through modern software engineering, AI-enabled solutions, and systems thinking.
