Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Mid-Level Business Analyst with an accounting and finance background to support our clients by analyzing, designing, and improving financial and accounting processes within ERP environments.
In this role, you will work closely with finance, accounting, operational, and technical stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of ERP-based solutions.
You will act as a bridge between accounting users and technical teams,



ensuring that solutions align with financial controls, reporting needs, compliance requirements, and business objectives. The role involves both proactive work—such as identifying process improvement opportunities—and reactive support, including issue analysis, data validation, reconciliations, and solution implementation.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in client-facing environments, with solid accounting knowledge and strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
