Reconciliation Assistant

Participate actively in the timely and accurate reconciliation of customer accounts across assigned countries and regions. This role focuses on identifying and resolving discrepancies in accounts receivable,



ensuring effective dispute resolution and contributing to improved company cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reconcile open items in the accounts receivable process to ensure accurate portfolio reconciliation and timely payment application.
- Communicate findings effectively to internal and external stakeholders regarding outstanding balances, proposing appropriate compensation solutions.
- Support the commercial team in resolving discrepancies prior to payment to ensure timely collections within established deadlines.
- Investigate open items and discrepancies in customer accounts, identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions.
- Manage and support the resolution of disputes related to billing inconsistencies.
- Update Work Instructions (WI) according to process changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
