Role Overview

Join Job Duck as a forward-thinking Executive Assistant who thrives at the intersection of operations, technology, and innovation. You will play a key role in optimizing daily operations, supporting leadership through high-impact execution, and creating structured systems that reduce manual work. Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (USA)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Identifying opportunities to reduce manual work through automation and system improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows
- Managing executive priorities, calendars, and operational follow-ups to ensure alignment and execution
- Assisting in CRM management and ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency
- Developing and maintaining structured knowledge libraries and training resources
- Optimizing client onboarding and intake workflows through automation
- Supporting webinar coordination and automating post-even
