Your main objective will be to transform complex, chaotic real-world operations into
clean, reusable, and declarative data models
,
ensuring the core product remains generalizable and scalable (stubbornly resisting the shortcut of hardcoding or building per-tenant code).
? Key Responsibilities:
- Own client Go-Lives:
Understand new clients' operations deeply, model their data and workflows, and get them running production end-to-end.
- Keep the product general:
Design and configure models declaratively ("config-first") so they generalize across multiple clients and highly regulated industries.
- Be the domain & technical voice:
Translate customers' operational needs into robust data models (SQL, schemas, relationships).
- Feed friction back to product:
Identify when real-world operational friction forces a workaround, and push for general fixes within the core infrastructure.
