At OnBoard Logistics Group, a general freight forwarding company specializing in Ocean, Air, and Ground Transportation, we're looking for a Bilingual Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team and help deliver exceptional service to customers across the U.S. market.
What You'll Do
As an Inside Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting our commercial team while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receive, analyze, and manage pricing requests from new and existing customers.
- Coordinate with carriers, agents, and suppliers to obtain the most competitive freight rates.
- Prepare accurate quotations and commercial proposals while ensuring timely follow-up.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
- Respond to inquiries related to pricing, shipment status, and basic documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM.
- Serve as the link between customers and internal departments, ensuring efficient and personalized service.
What We're Looking For
- Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
- Experience working with international customers is required.
- English proficiency (B2–C1) – conversational, written, and fluent (required).
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
