About Us
Designda Inc. / Pineland Engineering is a Florida-based Architecture and Engineering firm specializing in residential, commercial, and coastal projects throughout Florida. We are seeking an experienced Architect who can independently develop projects, communicate directly with U.S.-based team members, and produce high-quality construction documents using Revit.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, solve problems independently, and contribute immediately without extensive supervision.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural plans and construction documents in Revit.
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
- Produce permit-ready drawing packages for U.S. projects.
- Review project requirements and identify potential design or code issues.
- Communicate effectively with U.S.-based architects,
engineers, and project managers.
- Participate in project meetings conducted in English.
- Manage assigned projects from concept through permit submission.
- Maintain drawing quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture.
- 4+ years of professional architectural experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of construction documents and detailing.
- Ability to problem-solve without constant direction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on U.S.-based projects.
- Experience with Florida Building Code.
- Experience with residential and commercial permit drawings.
- Experience coordinating with engineering disciplines.
- Knowledge of coastal or hurricane-resistant design standards.
- Experience using Au
