We're a lean, AI-driven team, and we're building a tight, accountable operation where the right Facebook Ads Manager can have a real, measurable impact.

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic, decisive Facebook Ads Manager to own campaign strategy across our book of Meta ad accounts.

This is not a "set it and watch it" seat. We build creatives with AI - so your job isn't producing ad variants by hand, it's deciding what runs, where, and why. You'll direct hooks, angles,



and offers, read performance fast, and move budget before a losing ad set burns spend. You understand the full funnel, not just Meta: Google Ads, retargeting, lead forms and landing pages, and how a lead actually flows into GoHighLevel.

Your mission: turn ad budget into high-quality leads, every account, every day. This is a task-oriented, execution-heavy role - you're inside Ads Manager daily, and nothing slips because you didn't catch it in time.

Core Responsibilities

? Campaign Strategy & Launch

Own the plan for every new account — lead form or landing page (whatever the strategy calls for) wired into GoHighLevel, pixel and Conversions API installed, campaigns and ad sets structured, ads live fast without wasting spend on setup mistakes.
