Manager, Tax Administration
to join their dynamic team.
The Manager, Tax Administration is responsible for leading, supporting and mentoring our Tax administrators. This role serves as a key liaison between administrative professionals, partners, and Tax Operations leadership, provides hands-on leadership to support Tax practice growth, operational efficiency, and administrative excellence,
including integration support for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;) offices.
Position Responsibiltiies
- Lead, support and coach tax administrator team
- Standardize administrative operations to ensure consistency across Tax practice
- Provide day-to-day guidance on workflow, deadlines, prioritization, and partner support expectations
- Troubleshoot, address and resolve escalated issues
- Monitor administrative capacity, coverage, and workload trends; proactively identify gaps and implement coverage solutions
- Onboard administrative new hires in coordination with HR, Tax Operations, and local leadership,
- Build and deliver ongoing training sessions and refreshers
- Work with Tax partners and leaders to align administrative support
- Prepare performance review documentation and feedback summaries alongside partners and leaders
- Mentor tax administrators to work together on goals, development plans, and performance improvement needs.
