Purpose
- Contributes to the overall success of the Brokerage Processing Systems Team in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensure all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. is complete. The candidate will be responsible for Program reporting, executive updates and will be encouraged to always look for ways to improve the way we work and manage our Program team.

Accountabilities
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.




- Provide front line business support for internal and third-party products and services supported by Global Operations Technology. Providing guidance to other development areas of Integral Wholesale Operations, Global Wealth Management, Global Banking & Markets, and Group Treasury.
- Support Broadridge, Smart Advisor and Webpost applications, supporting new and existing development and support.
- Contribute to the operational effectiveness and productivity of the Brokerage Processes Team by conceptualizing, evaluating, recommending, and implementing new systems, equipment and procedures identified via user requirements, documentation/reviews and input received from Operations staff and clients. This includes analyzing the impact new systems will have on the various departments, liaising with users, developing non-standard procedures wherever necessary to adapt new systems and completion of other duties as assigned.
