FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

Soportar las actividades de Producción, en las actividades
referidas a la preparación de alimentos fríos, calientes, pre
alistamiento de materias primas, y en la limpieza y
desinfección de las materias primas e insumos y sus equipos,
desarrollando todas sus funciones dentro de unos criterios de
calidad y productividad. Además cumplir con las normas
estipuladas por la empresa, incluyendo las referentes a
las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura.

FORMACIÓN REQUERIDA:

Bachiller académico

CONOCIMIENTOS TÉCNICOS:

Conocimiento en manipulación y preparación de alimentos, conservación de
alimentos, normas de higiene y seguridad integral.

EXPERIENCIA:

De 6 meses a 1 año en la preparación de alimentos y manejo de cocina
