We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer who will:
✅ Lead the development of site design, grading, drainage, and utility plans.
✅ Work with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other industry tools to deliver accurate designs.
✅ Ensure compliance with U.S. engineering standards and project requirements.
✅ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in Florida.
✅ Work independently and proactively, managing tasks efficiently and solving design challenges.
✅ Mentor junior engineers and optimize workflows for efficiency.

? Who should apply?
- +3 years of experience in land development, transportation, or urban planning projects.
- Strong skills in Civil 3D or AutoCAD
- Ability to work independently and make technical decisions with minimal supervision.
- Proactive problem-solver, anticipating and resolving design challenges.
- Strong communication skills in English (Intermediate-Advanced).
