Job Summary:

We are seeking a Full-Time remote Case Manager to assist in our Pre-litigation department. Must be Bilingual (English - Spanish).

Your day-to-day activities will vary, giving you plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.



You will be expected to know how to or quickly learn how to step in to all aspects of the pre-litigation process from intake through settlement demands and closing out the case with medical lien negotiation (all with attorney supervision, direction and approvals).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Studies: College degree/Law or business preferred.
- Experience with US Based Law Firm (Personal Injury Experience a plus).
- Must be Bilingual (English - Spanish).
- 4+ years experience

Benefits:
