Purpose
This role supports the overall success of Engineering & Architecture (E&A;) globally by contributing to the execution of operational, financial, and vendor management activities that align with the team’s business strategies and objectives. Reporting to the Senior Business Solutions Principal, this role provides day-to-day support for contract renewals, financial tracking, budget activities, and business operations across E&A.; The role works closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery, accurate reporting, and effective coordination of assigned initiatives. This position contributes to operational efficiency, financial discipline,



and effective vendor governance while ensuring activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures

Accountabilities
Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge

Champions a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.

Manage annual hardware and software maintenance contract renewals and track related spend across assigned vendors.

Work with cross-functional internal teams and vendors to identify requirements, support renewal activities, resolve discrepancies, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Maintain and update financial databases, records, and supporting documentation to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Support the preparation of the annual operating budget, forecasts, and ongoing financial reporting requirements.
