Kantor Consulting is a security-focused consulting firm. Security is our organizing lens. Our work concentrates on the political-security dynamics of the Western Hemisphere: U.S.–LATAM relations, EU–LATAM engagement, violent non-state actors, the impact of elections on security, and great power competition. Role Description

We are looking for a Research Intern to support the production of political and security analysis,



with an emphasis on the political-security dynamics of the Western Hemisphere as well as security-related technology. The intern will work closely with the analytical team on report writing, tracking current events, and research support for client work. This is an unpaid internship, intended for those seeking hands-on experience in consulting and in political and security analysis, with real-world impact on policy-making, regulatory formulation, and acquisition processes.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and track political and security developments in Latin America, Europe, and the United States.
- Support the drafting of analytical reports and current-affairs briefs.
- Research and gather primary and secondary sources for client reports.
- Assist in organizing databases and tracking security indicators.
- Participate in internal analysis meetings and discussions on current events.
