The
Advisor, Customer Success
is responsible for supporting and optimizing the experience of customers who are already onboarded and actively using TransUnion’s fraud solutions. The mission of this role is to ensure that products are used correctly, efficiently, and in alignment with the outcomes agreed upon at the time of sale. This is achieved by performing functional analyses of the customer journey, identifying improvement opportunities,



recommending configuration adjustments, and maximizing the value of the portfolio.

This role is highly consultative and technical, and works in close collaboration with the Fraud Consultant and the Client Engagement Analyst to deliver comprehensive advisory support to customers.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields.
- *(This role requires a technical profile similar to that of Fraud Consultants, with a background that enables understanding of processes, data, and validation models.)*
- 6 to 8 years of prior experience in fraud, fraud prevention, validation models, risk, technical consulting, or equivalent roles. Experience as a Fraud Consultant or technical pre-sales is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting B2B customers in the use of technology solutions, risk, identity validation, or other complex products.
