Role Description
The Co-Founder at Week-end Juridique will drive the overall vision, strategy, and growth of the organization in collaboration with other founders. This full-time remote role involves shaping the business model, defining service offerings, and overseeing key operational decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing go-to-market plans, managing partnerships, and coordinating with legal and business stakeholders. The Co-Founder will also monitor performance metrics, identify new opportunities, and ensure that processes and workflows support sustainable growth. This role requires hands-on involvement in building the brand, supporting client acquisition, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture.

- Research skills to explore legal and business topics, evaluate competition, and identify new opportunities.
- Previous entrepreneurial or leadership experience, preferably in legal, consulting, or related fields.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and make informed decisions.
- Experience with digital tools for collaboration, project management, and online client engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in law, business, management, or a relevant discipline.
