Plan A Technologies is looking for a talented
3D Animator
to provide 3D modelling, texturing, and animation services. This is a fast-paced job with room for significant career growth.

you must have at least 4+ years of experience as a 3D Animator to be considered for this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Create high-quality 3D models based on provided illustrated turnaround sheets, ensuring accurate representation of character, object, or environment designs.
- Apply detailed textures and materials to 3D models, maintaining visual consistency with provided references and project style guides.
- Rig and animate 3D models as needed, delivering smooth, expressive, and technically sound animations that meet project requirements.
- Import, configure, and test 3D assets within the Unity engine, ensuring proper integration, material setup, and animation functionality.
- Collaborate with managers, designers, and developers to iterate on models and animations based on feedback and evolving project needs.
- Participate in regular team meetings, including standups,



sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with project timelines and goals.
- Optimize 3D assets for performance and compatibility across target platforms, including polygon count, texture resolution, and animation efficiency.
- Submit work through the designated version control system, maintaining clean file organization and proper documentation of changes.

Experience
- 4+ years of experience as an Animator, focusing on 3D modelling, texturing, and animation services.
- Strong proficiency in 3D software such as Blender, Maya or 3DS Max for rigging and animating 3D assets;
- Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools or similar, with a focus on creating advanced textures and materials.
- Solid experience working in a Unity pipeline, with a focus on asset integration, animation systems, and optimization techniques.
