We are looking for an experienced
Senior Program Manager
to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving executive stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams while maintaining alignment between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and C-level executives. This role requires a proactive leader who can establish clear accountability, identify risks, challenge teams when necessary, and drive initiatives through successful completion.

Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills are essential. Technical knowledge of infrastructure, cloud environments, storage, and virtual machines is considered an advantage, but the primary focus of the role is program leadership and soft skills.

Responsibilities:




- Lead complex programs and projects from planning through implementation and completion.
- Manage relationships and communications with C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
- Coordinate technical and non-technical teams across different functions, locations, and organizations.
- Drive internal teams and external vendors to meet agreed deliverables, timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
- Establish program governance, reporting structures, meeting cadences, and escalation processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, action logs, risk registers, and status reports.
- Monitor dependencies, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams.
- Facilitate executive steering meetings and present clear updates, recommendations, risks, and decisions required.
