About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer based in LATAM to become a key part of our Follow-the-Sun engineering model.
*This isn’t a traditional software engineering role.*

You’ll take ownership of active product development after our US team signs off each day, allowing engineering progress to continue overnight and ensuring our products keep moving forward 24 hours a day.

Working Hours
- Monday through Friday
- Approximately
9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Colombia / Peru time
(adjusted for US daylight savings when applicable)
- You’ll overlap briefly with our US engineering team before taking ownership of development for the remainder of your shift.

Applicants should be comfortable working this schedule on a long-term basis.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, you’ll:
- Own engineering work independently during your shift.




- Deliver clean, production-ready code before the US team starts its day.
- Leave clear documentation and handoffs for the next engineering cycle.
- Keep product development moving while the rest of the team is offline.

- 5+ years building production applications
- Strong React / Next.js experience
- Strong Node.js experience

- Production troubleshooting
- Experience working asynchronously
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
