Now we are looking for a contract-based Customer Support Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prioritize workflow given by the Sales Team
- Identify parts and how to find/source them
- Enter quote details including vendor info in Quantum (Inventory Software)
- Ongoing maintenance of company database with client’s current information
- Assist Account Team with order entry and open order management
- Provide backup resource when Account Team member is out of the office
- Key sales orders for contract accounts into Quantum

Expected Results (Output):

- Ensure quotes are handled quickly




- Ensure that clients’ orders be shipped on time
- Effectively manage time across several tasks

Qualifications:

- Customer service focused and oriented
- Good and understanding clients’ needs and requirements
- Good at working under pressure/deadlines/AOG situations
- Detailed understanding of how company culture’s work
- Pro-active
- Good at multi-tasking
- Excellent communication skills
- Pleasant and friendly on the phone and emails
- Bilingual. English level C1 or higher.
- Excel intermediate level.

Additional Requirements:

- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Self-motivated and enjoys an office environment
