This is an executive-level player-coach role for someone who can advise U.S.-based founders and CEOs, translate business priorities into practical plans, maintain dependable delivery across multiple accounts, and personally step into high-priority work when needed.
The successful candidate will combine executive presence, commercial judgment, broad digital marketing expertise, operational discipline, advanced professional English communication, and practical experience using artificial intelligence across marketing, sales, strategy, and operations.
What You Will OwnSenior Client Relationships and Strategy
- Serve as the primary marketing relationship owner for a portfolio of important U.S.-based SMB clients.
- Build trusted relationships with founders, CEOs, owners, marketing executives, and sales leaders.
- Understand each client’s business model, target market, offers, competitors, economics, sales process, and growth priorities.
- Lead executive meetings, strategic reviews, campaign discussions, and planning sessions.
- Help executives clarify priorities and make stronger marketing and growth decisions.
- Provide proactive recommendations rather than waiting for assignments.
- Identify risks, opportunities, performance gaps, and account concerns early.
- Translate complex marketing topics into clear business language.
- Manage expectations related to strategy, scope, budgets, timelines, approvals, dependencies, and results.
- Ensure meetings produce documented decisions, owners, deadlines, and next steps.
- Communicate difficult information professionally while protecting client trust and maintaining accountability.
Integrated Marketing and Growth Strategy
- Diagnose positioning, funnel, campaign, ecommerce, sales-support, and execution challenges.
- Develop integrated marketing strategies tied to business objectives.
- Connect marketing activities to pipeline, revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and ecommerce performance.
- Prioritize initiatives according to impact, urgency, effort, budget, resources, and sales capacity.
- Create practical 30-, 60-, and 90-day execution plans.
- Develop or refine positioning, messaging, offers, campaign concepts, content direction, and channel strategies.
- Evaluate how effectively marketing and sales are working together.
- Interpret performance data and recommend specific adjustments.
The role requires broad strategic knowledge across:
- Paid search and paid social advertising.
- SEO and answer engine optimization.
- Content and social media.
- Email marketing and nurture programs.
- Websites, landing pages, and conversion strategy.
- Ecommerce and lead generation.

You do not need to be the deepest technical specialist in every discipline. You must understand each area well enough to develop strategy, direct specialists, evaluate their work, identify problems, and explain recommendations to clients.
Services Delivery and Team Performance
- Translate strategies and client discussions into execution-ready work plans.
- Define deliverables, owners, deadlines, dependencies, approvals, and expected outcomes.
- Coordinate specialists, contractors, operational resources, AI systems, and technology partners across multiple accounts.
- Assign work to the appropriate resources and communicate the strategic context.
- Maintain visibility across accounts, campaigns, projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Follow up proactively and prevent work from stalling.
- Hold contributors accountable for quality, accuracy, responsiveness, and delivery commitments.
- Resolve blockers, resource conflicts, and delivery problems quickly.
- Communicate risks early and provide recommended solutions.
- Review important deliverables before they reach the client.
- Improve or redirect work that does not meet EPX.Global standards.
- Improve workflows, quality-control processes, reporting, and project-management systems.
- Give leadership clear visibility into client health, delivery status, risks, and resource needs.
This is a hands-on leadership role. When necessary, you must be able to personally develop or improve a strategy, presentation, campaign, report, message, sales material, performance analysis, or other important client-facing deliverable.
You must know when to delegate, coach, review, and take direct ownership.
Marketing Leadership for EPX.Global
- Develop and maintain EPX.Global’s marketing strategy.
- Refine company positioning, offers, messaging, and target audiences.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for EPX.Integral, EPxUltra, and related solutions.
- Manage an integrated marketing calendar.
- Coordinate content, social media, email, SEO, AEO, paid media, partnerships, website initiatives, thought leadership, and sales enablement.
- Turn emerging capabilities and ideas into clearly defined marketable offers.
- Develop campaigns that support awareness, qualified conversations, pipeline, and revenue.
- Create or direct case studies, strategic content, campaign assets, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Support sales efforts with messaging, presentations, and account-specific strategies.
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and recommend adjustments.
- Help the market understand EPX.Global’s approach to practical AI-powered business operations.
Advanced Use of Artificial Intelligence
Advanced, practical use of AI is required.
This role is not limited to using AI for basic first drafts. You should be comfortable applying AI across:
- Research and competitive analysis.
- Strategic planning and audience analysis.
- Campaign and content development.
- SEO and AEO.
- Sales messaging and personalization.
- Meeting preparation and transcript analysis.
- Reporting and performance analysis.
- Prompt engineering and workflow automation.
- AI-agent development or management.

You must understand both the value and limitations of AI. All AI-assisted work must be reviewed for accuracy, relevance, context, originality, voice, and strategic quality.
You should be interested in helping develop new AI-enabled marketing and business processes rather than simply using established tools.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, marketing leadership, agency account leadership, growth consulting, or a related discipline.
- Senior marketing leadership experience at the Director, Vice President, Head of Marketing, Managing Director, fractional CMO, CMO, or comparable level.
- Significant experience directly owning relationships with U.S.-based founders, CEOs, and senior executives.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency, growth agency, consulting firm, managed services company, or fractional marketing organization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop integrated marketing strategy while overseeing operational delivery.
- Broad working expertise across paid advertising, SEO, AEO, content, social media, email, websites, ecommerce, CRM, automation, analytics, and sales enablement.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary or distributed marketing teams.
- Ability to evaluate strategies and deliverables across several marketing disciplines.
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
- Advanced practical use of AI across marketing, sales, strategy, or operations.
- Advanced professional written and spoken English.
- Ability to lead nuanced executive discussions and produce polished client-facing emails, plans, reports, and presentations in English.
- Strong understanding of U.S. business culture and client expectations.
- Executive presence in meetings, presentations, written communication, and difficult conversations.
