Job Summary:

We are seeking an agile and responsive Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to configure, customize, and maintain our Dynamics 365 environment. In this role, you will deliver rapid, incremental updates—ranging from custom fields and forms to workflows—while ensuring seamless integration with our existing .NET and SQL infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain Dynamics 365 forms, views, fields, business rules, and workflows.
- Execute quick, ad hoc enhancements and incremental features cleanly and efficiently.
- Integrate CRM changes seamlessly with existing enterprise .NET services and SQL databases.




- Write and maintain custom Dynamics plugins and client-side scripts (JavaScript) when out-of-the-box configuration is insufficient.
- Collaborate directly with client representatives to gather requirements, provide status updates, and refine short-turnaround solutions.

Qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and administration.
- Strong proficiency with C# / .NET, JavaScript, plugins, custom workflow activities, and Web APIs.
- Solid experience working with SQL Server and integrating CRM data with external databases.
- Experience with project management and issue-tracking tools (Jira, Linear, Zenhub, Monday.com)
- Experience with AI-powered digital assistant (Copilot, Chatgpt, Gemini)
- Experience with AI-enabled tools
- Advanced English
- Experience in cloud-based platform and git repository hosting (GitHub, Gitlab, Azure DevOps Repos)
