What You’ll Do

- Lead your pod together with your Product Manager and Engineer — collaborate daily from problem framing through delivery, rather than receiving specs to execute
- Run continuous discovery as a trio — talk to customers regularly alongside your PM and Engineer to understand real needs, not just requests
- Own usability across your team’s experiences, from early concepts through shipped product Use Figma to research, wireframe, prototype, and iterate on high-fidelity designs
- Test ideas before they’re fully built — use rapid prototyping and lightweight validation to learn quickly and cheaply
- Contribute to and help evolve our design system so quality and consistency scale across the platform
- Show up in regular design reviews — both to get sharp feedback on your own work and to help other designers grow
- Weigh feasibility trade-offs together with your engineer as you design, not after the fact Track and advocate for UX debt,



and help translate it into a prioritized backlog

What You’ll Need

- 2+ years of UX/UI design experience within cross-functional team environments
- A portfolio that shows your process — research, problem framing, iteration, and outcomes, not just final screens
- Proficiency in Figma; comfort taking work from rough concept to high fidelity
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean UX methodologies (preferred)
- A solid grasp of interaction design, usability, and accessibility principles
- Strong communication skills — you can bring a PM and Engineer along with your thinking, not just your mockups
- Curiosity and a bias toward talking to users directly rather than designing from assumptions
