What You’ll Do

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency
- Assist customers by answering questions, scheduling appointments, and finalizing contracts
- Manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate, detailed records
- Deliver empathy, problem-solving, and confidence on every call

Pay & Incentives

- Training: $5/hr (approx. 2 weeks)
- Live Calls: $6/hr starting
- Performance Bonuses: Earn up to +$1.50/hr for hitting KPIs
- Shift Differentials + Dependability Bonus
- Monthly Top Performer Prizes: $125 / $75 / $50

What You Need

- 2+ year call center or high-volume customer service experience




- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with accuracy
- Reliable remote setup:
- High-speed internet (100mbps+)
- Computer with 16GB RAM
- Dual screens
- Quiet, dedicated workspace
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends/holidays
