About Us

Gutter Guru provides commercial rain gutter and dryer vent cleaning services to apartment complexes, HOAs, hotels, and school districts across the U.S. Cold outbound email is our primary growth channel.

The Role

We're looking for someone to take full ownership of our cold email operation in Instantly. Your primary KPI is increasing the number of quote requests generated. You'll manage deliverability, sending infrastructure, copywriting, split testing, and campaign optimization to consistently improve results.

Responsibilities

- Increase quote volume through cold email
- Manage email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up, sender reputation)
- Set up and maintain sending domains and inboxes
- Continuously A/B test subject lines, copy, sequences, and send times
- Clean prospect lists and improve targeting
- Write effective B2B cold email copy

Requirements





- Proven experience managing cold email campaigns in Instantly
- Strong knowledge of email deliverability
- Experience setting up sending domains and inboxes
- Strong copywriting and analytical skills
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset

Nice to Have

- Experience targeting property managers, HOAs, hotels, or school districts

Compensation

$900-1500/month
