What Is This Job?

We are looking for a software developer who specializes in Zoho — a suite of business tools used to manage customers, finances, and operations. If you know how to build and customize things inside Zoho, this role is for you.

You do not need to be a traditional programmer. But you do need real, hands-on experience working inside the Zoho platform.

What You Will Do

- Build and customize apps inside Zoho Creator using a scripting language called Deluge
- Connect Zoho with other tools and platforms using Zoho Flow and APIs
- Set up and maintain Zoho CRM (customer management), Zoho Books (invoicing and finances), and Zoho Analytics (reports and dashboards)
- Connect Zoho with AI tools like OpenAI or Claude to automate repetitive tasks
- Make sure data is handled securely and following healthcare privacy standards (HIPAA)

What You Need to Have





- 2–3+ years of real experience working with Zoho (not just knowing what it is — actually building things in it)
- Experience with Zoho Creator, CRM, Books, Analytics, and Flow
- Ability to connect Zoho with other tools using APIs
- Good communication skills — you will work with non-technical people
- Interest in AI tools and automation is a plus

Nice to Have

- Experience in healthcare or telehealth
- Zoho Developer or Zoho One certification
- Knowledge of Python or JavaScript
- Experience with payment tools like Authorize.net
