In this role, you will also work very closely with our team in Mexico, contributing to regional and global initiatives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

How you create impact

- Act as a Total Rewards Expert supporting TR Partner and HR across the countries.
- Support and implement global Total Rewards frameworks while ensuring compliant local adaptation.
- Lead and contribute to benchmarking, job evaluation, salary structures, and annual reward cycles.
- Provide expert guidance on compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.
- Analyze market trends and internal data to ensure reward competitiveness
- Support change initiatives and continuous improvement within the Total Rewards CoE.
- Collaborate closely with national and general TR leaders.

What we would like you to bring

- 3–6 years of end-to-end Total Rewards experience,



covering both Compensation and Benefits specifically for Mexico.
- Prior experience with or certification in Mercer IPE methodology is highly valued.
- Generalist Total Rewards profile, ideally with experience in a large, multinational organization.
- Strong regional exposure to LATAM, experience with North America (NAM) is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and solid knowledge of data management and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (B2+) and Spanish is required.
