Mister Loans, a residential mortgage lending company based in Miami, FL, is hiring a Bilingual AI Developer to build and maintain AI-powered tools that support our lending, prospecting, and customer service operations. This is a remote role for someone who can turn real business processes into working AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain AI/automation tools supporting underwriting, loan origination, prospecting, and customer support teams
- Integrate AI models (LLMs, chatbots, or custom ML solutions) with existing business systems and CRMs (e.g., Monday.com)
- Automate repetitive workflows: lead qualification, document review, follow-up sequencing, reporting
- Test, monitor, and refine tools based on real usage and internal feedback
- Document work clearly for non-technical team members
Requirements:
- Bilingual: English and Spanish required
- Demonstrable experience building AI-powered applications or automations (LLM integrations, chatbots, ML pipelines, or similar)
- Experience integrating APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) into working products
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Ability to explain technical work in plain language to non-technical stakeholders
- Fintech, mortgage, or financial services experience is a plus but not required
