We are looking for a strong, independent candidate with an Graphic Design background, an ability to manage their own projects and multitask for a position that requires technical, creative, organizational, and language skills. You need to be able to work in a highly stimulating environment and handle the pressure of fast-changing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

- Work independently with localization and graphic design tools as per project instructions
- Detect and eliminate errors in translation projects
- Support the company’s business goals with ad-hoc Graphic Design solutions.
- Create quotes for localization projects
- Track all work according to general and project-specific instructions
- Share information within the project team
- Communicate with language service vendors
- Communicate with customer project teams





Skills and qualifications

- Education in Graphic Design or a related field
- Knowledge in any of the following design tools: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, MS Publisher, QuarkXpress, AutoCAD.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Previous knowledge of localization tools is a huge plus.
- IT skills are a plus.
- Excellent English, both spoken and written
- Excellent Spanish writing skills
- Attention to detail, be responsible, adaptable and stress-resistant; be able to multitask; possess coordination and communication skills
