Compensation

Monthly base compensation of approximately USD $800–$1,200, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.

The Role

Ehsan Law is seeking an experienced Client Relations Specialist whose primary responsibility is converting qualified prospective clients into retained clients of the firm.

This is a sales position, not an administrative intake role.

You will speak with prospective clients who are looking for immigration legal services, build trust, understand their concerns, explain the firm’s services and value, respond to objections, and help qualified clients move forward with hiring the firm.

The idóneo candidate is empathetic, persuasive, organized, persistent, and motivated by measurable results. Because many prospective clients are facing stressful and life-changing immigration issues, professionalism and good judgment are essential.

This is a non-attorney position. Legal questions and decisions must be referred to an attorney.

Responsibilities

- Conduct sales conversations with qualified prospective clients.
- Build rapport and understand each prospective client’s needs and concerns.
- Explain the firm’s services, process, and value.
- Address the qualified prospective clients' concerns involving fees, timing, trust, and hiring an attorney.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients who have not yet retained the firm.
- Help clients complete approved engagement agreements and payment arrangements.
- Maintain accurate sales records and follow-up tasks in Lawmatics.
- Track conversions, lost opportunities, and other sales metrics.
- Participate in sales coaching and call reviews.
- Assist with limited intake or onboarding tasks when needed.

Ethical Boundaries





The Client Relations Specialist must not:

- provide legal advice;
- determine whether someone qualifies for immigration relief;
- recommend legal strategy;
- predict or guarantee outcomes;
- independently change legal fees; or
- accept a case without attorney approval.

Qualifications

- Fluent professional English.
- Native or fluent Spanish.
- At least two years of successful sales experience.
- Experience selling professional, legal, financial, medical, real-estate, or other high-value services.
- Strong communication, active-listening, and objection-handling skills.
- Proven ability to build trust and close sales.
- Strong follow-up and CRM discipline.
- Comfortable working with conversion goals, KPIs, and performance bonuses.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet, computer equipment, headset, and private workspace.

Preferred

- Previous experience with a U.S. law firm.
- Immigration law sales experience.
- Familiarity with Lawmatics or another CRM.
- Experience with remote sales and recorded-call coaching.
