Protential Resources: We arecurrently hiring for Recruitment Consultant to join our team on permanent basis. Idóneo candidate will have experience working with Agriculture sector, Construction, Engineering ect.

Salary: D.O.E

Working Hours: Mon – Fri (6am – 3pm)

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end recruitment process

· Develop and maintain client relationships

· Source, screen, and interview candidates

· Present shortlisted candidates to clients

· Negotiate offers and manage placements

· Maintain accurate GDPR-compliant records





· Achieve individual and team targets

Key Requirements:

· 1–5 years’ recruitment or sales experience

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills

· Target-driven and highly organised

· MS Office & recruitment systems experience

· Industry knowledge (agri, construction, engineering) an advantage

· English language essential, Spanish and Portuguese language desirable
