This role is accountable for executing and continuously improving core Talent Solutions services, ensuring alignment with business needs and enterprise standards. The role offers the opportunity to shape scalable HR operations, lead a diverse team, and drive operational excellence across global markets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the execution of Talent Solutions services, ensuring consistent, efficient delivery aligned with integral HR strategies and local requirementsDirect and develop a team, providing coaching, performance management,
